Enquiries & booking
There is no online booking engine and no payment is taken through this site. You enquire by email or the contact form, and we confirm availability and terms in writing. Rates, hours, and details quoted online are indicative until we confirm them for your dates.
- A room is only held once we acknowledge your dates in writing.
- Payment is settled in person; we do not store card details.
- Cancellation terms are shared at the time we confirm your stay.
During your stay
We ask all guests to respect quiet hours, other guests, and our team. We may decline or end a stay in cases of unsafe, unlawful, or seriously disruptive behaviour. Please look after the building — it is a heritage property.
The gaming lounge
The members' gaming lounge near the hotel is owned and operated independently. We do not run it, profit from play, or control its rules. Entry is for adults aged 18 or over with valid photo ID, and the operator may refuse admission. We offer no online wagering and make no guarantee of any gambling outcome. Please read our responsible play commitment.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for services provided by third parties such as theatres, transport, or the gaming lounge. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
