No. We don't process any payment on this website and we don't store card details. You settle in person on arrival or departure. This keeps things simple and private.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Late check-out is often possible when the house is quiet — just ask the desk. Arriving late? Ring the bell at the river door and someone will let you in.
Not in our building. A members' gaming lounge is run independently a few doors away. It is strictly for adults, requires valid photo ID, and we take no part in running it. We can point you there and back, nothing more. We also never offer online wagering of any kind.
Yes — families and younger guests are welcome to stay, and the Counter and (with supervision) the recovery floor are open to them. The nearby gaming lounge, however, is adults-only and admits no minors under any circumstances.
No. Nobody can promise an outcome, and we never suggest otherwise. Treat any play as the cost of an evening's entertainment, set a limit before you go, and stop whenever you like. Our responsible play page explains our position in full.
