How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to manage your stay and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle any follow-up, then we delete it. Records tied to a completed stay may be kept longer where law requires.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers strictly necessary to run the hotel (for example, our email host) and only as needed. We never pass your details to the nearby gaming lounge or any gambling operator.
Your rights
